Cookies
Read what our two cookies actually do.
Amber Decks uses only two cookies, one for the age check and one for the banner you're reading right now, nothing more than that.
The two cookies
Meet the only two cookies we set.
We set two cookies on this site and nothing else. The first, `age18au40`, is written once you confirm you're old enough to browse, and it keeps the age screen from reappearing on every page after that.
The second, `ckau40`, is written once you dismiss this banner, so it stops popping up again on later visits — neither cookie reports back to an advertiser or follows you once you leave this website.
Cookies, answered
Ask us how to switch them off.
- Can I refuse the cookies?
- Yes — clear your browser at any time and both the age check and the banner will simply come back.
- Do they know who I am?
- No. Each one just stores a yes or no, nothing that identifies you personally.
- Will this page change if that ever does?
- Yes — we'll update this page first, and the banner will ask again before anything new switches on.
